Yes, we will release it soon. Sorry for the delay, the blog post is ready. There are just some things to sort out of the client, which were detected recently. Smiley

Sebastian will make the sanity tests again and Vera will fix the 2 design issues we found. We are working hard (in fact the whole last night) to release the testnet. We will publish directly as soon as we ensure its quality.
