I'm sorry to hear that, but I don't know why you deposited not a amount to a new site without check it out first.
So many weird things in this site (no contact support, no ToS, buttons not working etc) and some member reported some bugs already but seems that you did not realize it.
The only way to ask is on this forum, posting in and thread and sending pm to OP. Lets see and wait OP respond to this issue and hope you'll get your money back + winning + compensation (perhaps)
