Initially i thought it was pretty clear, but it seems that someone is having fun by investing in new coins and then complain to me (i mean, to the escrow, not even to the dev!) that price is low, that dev is not doing what he has promised, ecc...

Everything that is NOT listed on the agreement is not guaranteed, so again, remember to do your own due diligence.
