The request to upload a video of you came from our payment processor(note the email address it came from) and not directly from us. It's a normal procedure they conduct from time to time in order to protect themselves from credit card fraud which is a huge problem in the crypto world, This is not an AML(anti money laundering) demand as some here have suggested.
