When you said "we're going to delay the chip for two months because we're actually running ponzi scam and you bought it hook-line-and-sinker with our Bitfury trash boards".

We said "hey bro, this is not cool".
And they said "Wah, wah, wah, you hurt our engineers' feelings! Now they can't fix the boards that are exploding catching fire displaying red LEDs."

And we said "Why are your engineers such crybabies?"

And you said "You're a big blue meanie! Off to the back of the delivery queue for you! And no compensation units for you either!"

And we said "Fuck you, give us our money back!"

And Jumbley said "Rah, rah, sis boom bah!"

Please be aware that depending on your local customs regulations and taxation laws when importing goods from abroad you might be liable of paying duty fees or some other fees such as customs clearance fees. If you will not agree to pay them, the package might return to destination country or be destroyed by local customs. Please note that it is your duty to clear customs and pay all required fees. If you fail to do so and the package returns to us, you will be ceasing all rights to the package and it will not be send back to you again.

Guess what, incompetent assholes? I don't want my miners any more! If you ship them to me, I'll be throwing good money after bad for 1) customs duties and 2) electricity that costs me more than the miners will yield in BTC. I told you this directly via e-mail, and requested that you destroy my units and send me proof of destruction, and also refund the $50 shipping fees that you will not incur as a result of not shipping my order. But you chose to ignore that.

So fuck you, fuck you, and FUCK YOU. Shove my miners up your incompetent asses, where they will hopefully explode. You couldn't find your assholes with both hands and a funnel. You couldn't organize a piss-up at a brewery.

Where are our refunds?  Angry

11.3 The Purchaser understands and agrees that we will use his payment in order to purchase the necessary materials or pay workmanship required to fulfill his pre-order which will be non-refundable if cancelled. For this reason, the purchaser hereby gives us the right and agrees with our decision to decline any requests from him or third parties to cancel his pre-order.

Just words. Like your promises to send us miners that were actually worth something, on time, and didn't explode.

I can't wait until the Russian mafia comes looking for you.

Funnily enough, plugging it in also results in destruction of your equipment.

I agree that it is funny. However, it is not true. As explained in the news posted several months ago, only few miners had an issue that caused the mosfet to short-circuit itself. This was due to a poor design made in cooperation an Onsemi FAE. After working with Vishay's engineers we have fixed the issue.

We have been replacing under warranty all miners and/or boards affected.

I reported to you one X-3 affected by this issue:
   Ticket ID: QNA-765-48102
Subject: X-3 affected by burning hashboards problem
I got no answer then (despite my inquires) and the ticket is removed.

So no, you haven't been replacing under warranty ALL miner/boards affected.
My miners (two cases of one X-3) still wait to be repaired and I've got no RMA to send you the boards.
RMA or no RMA, they demand that you send them the faulty boards at your expense. And pay for the testing if they turn out not to be faulty (which they judge, of course).

I'd imply that dealing with Black Arrow is like dealing with the Devil himself, but the Devil keeps his promises.

Dear Black Arrow,

I am still waiting for the refund of my shipping fees, having written off the $900 I paid you for three X1s that were never delivered.

At this point, I would be surprised if you could find your own asshole, even if you used both hands and a funnel.

I hope the Russian collectors catch up with you soon.

Mockingly yours,
ElGrandJefe

Did you confirm your shipping address? All X1 have been in stock for the last 4-5 months.
No, but I confirmed that I didn't want the shipment, which you acknowledged.

Or did the guy who acknowledged it also ship a million bucks worth of equipment to a reseller who didn't pay for it, and then get fired?

Any advice for what to use it on?
Doorstop
Paperweight
Voodoo doll
Conversation piece (for extremely depressing conversations)
Skeet-shooting target

Whatever you do, don't plug it in. They apparently weren't made to take that kind of punishment.

Gone to the hookers and coke dealers, most likely.

BA Before: "Welcome to Black Arrow Software. Your money is well-invested with us. We promise on-time delivery, reliable miners, and compensation for potential delays."

BA After: "We have your money. Now fuck off. Yeah, we're late - so what? Our miner caught on fire? Give us some money and we'll exchange it for you. What? That one caught on fire, too? No, it was just a red LED. Fuck off. What? You want the compensation we've been promising for the last 12 months? FUCK OFF!"

As always, fuck you, Black Arrow Software. Fuck you, Alex Sovu and your gang of scammers. Watch your pretty little head - I'm sure there's a big price on it.
