Who is 'we'? And you'll need to tell someone the accounts before you can get any answer. Admins may be able to see them but that's only if you've used the same connection.
We wouldn't get paid from sig campaigns otherwise, which coincidentally, both those accounts got paid today from their sig campaign.
That's not necessarily true. Whilst most campaign managers actually check their users posts and keep an eye on them some do absolutely nothing other than pay them every week/month and this is part of the problem.
