Let's suppose you own a HYIP backed up by Forex trading, what if you start losing a large chunk of your capital? I mean, even with low margin.
You can be a legit and honest admin yes, but there are many risks involved with Investments. Imagine now a Ponzi scheme!

If you were wondering our profit (fluctuating between 0.25% to 0.75%) is included in the profit we make out of the Forex trading.
