What do you mean with copy the wallet from the other computer? i deinstalled the complete operating system from the original computer. i don't have a backup or something like that from the NEM wallet 
@tyz: That won't work because if you import only the account then a new remote key is created and NIS doesn't know the remote key for the account. You have to copy the wallet from the other computer to the new computer. Then it should work.
