Most of the complaints are because the users re-invest soon before the payout and then complain of no payouts. Which is logical as their account balance is below the minimum of 0.001 BTC.

Why not in the FAQ , the minimum payout ?

Maybe they have bigger problems, although it only takes like 5 mins to update their site.

The other guy also mentioned about support, yet they reply on here on this thread..
