Nope. Forbes can't list Satoshi as a billionaire, even if the exchange rate climbs to $5,000 per coin. Right now it is not sure whether "Satoshi" is a single individual, or a group of individuals. Also, it is not known for sure whether he is having access (i.e possessing the private key) to his Bitcoin stash. First of all, it is not even known whether he is dead or alive.
