I think you may be mistaken about an error because you can't log in right now. They are only open from 5:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. EST on weekdays and 2:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. EST  on weekends until they launch their mobile app, then it will be open 24 hours a day. The site is brand new and still in the development stage.

Does they error you guys are getting say "Server is shutting down, log in is not allowed at this time"? If so that is normal because of the hours of operation stated above.
