Depending on how the fans are configured, hot air is either being sucked in from the front and blown against the back concrete block wall, or the air from the hot concrete block wall is being force over the components then blown out the front. Either way, the banner still doesn't wave one iota by all that moving air depicted in the video:

This part about the fans not being there is also a hugh point, the miners would be putting out massive amounts of heat, because im not sure on the exact temperatures i will just say a bit about air exchange in rooms.
I don't know the size of this room they show but for example:
A 10x10x8 foot room is 800 cubic feet.
To clear this small space you will need 1x800 CFM to clear the room in 1min.
What they have would require at least 10x this, also with induction fan for the fresh air intake.
Maybe they should take a thermal inmage pic, although that can probably be shopped.
