The rules of the game have been decided?
Something like this hasn't ever been done so it's a little hard to know exactly how all the parameters should be set. During an initial few weeks we can get a much better idea of and a real set of data to examine. After that more formalized rules can be set. Right now the guidelines are meant as a starting point.
Main devs are working on another project right now in the core. Building node rewards code is definitely on their to do list but it's not the type of thing that only they can do. Actually lots of people could easily help build the code for node rewards as half of it is just building code that tests and monitors the network. That would be really great if somebody could help build that.
If you're asking on btt you must be pretty desperate
I think both the 3 million threshhold and the fact that it's a lottery aren't a good idea (allthough I'm sure there were good reasons for it) and that's why I'm not offering to do it. Consider it my silent protest.
