When did you request your withdrawal?
As what OP said, payouts are processed no more than 24hours. So you just need to wait
I have got my withdrawal in less than 5hours, so hope you'll get yours soon. But I'm not really sure, because it is weekend (in my timezone), as I know some sites not processing withdraw in weekend.
