They claimed for reimburse it's not reimburse it's deposited bonus because of 11 times turnover with deposited + money back bonus.

the bet lost is reimbursed in the form of a bonus with rollover requirement, as usually is the case.
Note that the bonus is optional so players who don't want it have of course no withdrawal or rollover requirements.
