Hi, today has been my account hacked and all khs have been sold for 0. I try contact support via ticket but without response. Also I can't send message via chat.

I sent a ticket today 0:30 and 10:00 support responded. My suggestion is to do the same. Include your registered phone number on the site.

They needed 2 days to delete my ticket. I got no answer, but it took 2 days that they processed it. So pe patient. Maybe if you write it now, it will get answered some days later. But now it's important to save all selling and buying logs. Periodically they get cleaned and you cannot prove anything then...

How was it hacked? Did you have your email and withdrawal address locked?

It was not about WITHDRAWAL. All khs have been sold for 220satoshi..

So you have the BTC from the sales?
Most likely you logged into a phishing site or you have a keylogger on you computer. However for someone to sell your KHS they would need both your password and PIN. You were using a PIN, right?

EDIT: When did these sales occur? There haven't been any sales at 220 satoshi captured in June. sccstats.com
