I signed up for the debit card as well. Do they apply the 0.001 once they verify all the information that "we" submit to them?  I have submitted all the required information to them and the account is still with a balance of 0. I'm not worried about the 0.001, just wanting to confirm if those steps are needed to be taken before the account is credited.
