Sounded to me like bartering for answers or something? Like Homer Simpson paying a suggested donation of "0" at the Museum.
Surely, no survey will leave all people happy, but this is a space to comment... while paypal is so more comprehensive for anybody to pay (I see it this way, I can paypal with almost anything electronic I have, except cypto), micropayments as they are called are much more suited to bitcoin.
Once I paid less than 1 USD worth with paypal, paypal reported the fractionary amount, but my backing card (european, USD denominated) was billed 1 USD. either paypal comissions or bank nonsense.
Okay, so I'll wait that mercant to start receiving bitcoin...
