3. REMOVE THE DEFAULT TRUST and let TRUST be open to all no hierarchy. Too much time is wasted on who is or isn't on the default list.
You spend 50% of your time complaining everyone around you is a shill or an alt, so it seems hypocritical that you want a trust system based on a popularity contest / who has the most accounts.
It's not clear that removing defaul trust results in a system based on a popularity contest. From what I can see, there's no reason why, in principle, my trust network has to have *any* overlap with yours.

If every trust feedback is weighed equally for a user with unmodified trust list, then users' with most accounts will be able to change others' trust rating very easily.
Removing default trust doesn't (necessarily) mean that all feedback is weighed equally. That's an assumption that I didn't see above.
If you are suggesting to remove DefaultTrust and forcing users' to create their own custom trust list, it is not plausible. This has been discussed here many times.
Being discussed here doesn't mean that it's been shown or proven. You can claim that it's not plausible, but that's not a proof.
