usually it should work in that way, in this case we are talking about two of the most strong military countries, so no one else can interfere to dictate who will get it, anyway op should really add the source because i can't find it, it's very unlikely that a war between those two monsters will happen, it will probably led to atomic war and nothing else, and we know that atomic war will damage everything else around that, not possible to start a war vs a great military power without causing the third war, and most likely the world war 3 will end in a few days with nuke everywhere, not even worth watching it, if you are still alive

Right now, the Chinese armed forces don't have the capability to defeat or even to defend against the United States in a one-to-one war. However, their military technology is getting better and better, and eventually it will create problems for their neighbors.
it does not work in this way, here people has seen many movie i think, reality is different, they can't simply start a war only because they fear their enemies and think that one day they could defeat their nation, this isn't a game, nor we are leaving in the past where a war could start for even a small disagreement
