All slots for the fixed rate campaign are full. (Not for Pay per post campaign) until further announcement. You may however apply, and get enrolled if someone leaves or gets removed from the campaign. Waiting list. 
You don't have to wear the sig. You will PM'd if your turn comes.
Exemptions can/may/will be made, if your post quality is very good.

Not likely you are going to be paid at senior for a few hours out of a week is it. You will be paid senior from after this payment period. Well you would if I was in control and I have to imagine the same with ndnhc. Congrats on your promotion.
Yep. The campaign period starts on Wednesday so that all rank level changes are taken into account which happens on every 2nd Tuesday.
So, you will be paid at Full member rates. Sorry. (as PM'd)
