I'll bet that any color PCB costs more over the common Green one, if it's even available from his favorite fab house.
Generally correct. Besides, white and black solder mask are fairly opaque. Green and yellow tend to be nice and translucent. Slight bit easier to troubleshoot before committing to a final design.Here is my "dev board" finally routed. Let's hope it'll work.
