The phone that i had Google Auth on has died a sad and painful death. I have setup CG Auth on my replacement phone, if i could please have the 2fa disabled for my account "enLighteN85" or direct to whom i need to contact. Thanks
That has nothing to do with account unlocking and therefore there is nothing I can do for you.
Translation: @ManofOneWay, you have to lock your account first for him to be able to unlock it, entering bad 2FA will likely do the trick (assumption on my part).

If BCI has a ZenCloud support email how about posting it and getting this shit off this thread? Maybe creating a thread with a subject and an OP that actually pertains to the problem at hand. I'm not sure if you're the actual support guy or not, not looking to shoot the messenger but getting bombarded with this crap in my inbox is starting to get on my nerve, especially when people are given half ass answers. I wish to follow this thread but don't give a shit about ZenCloud support.
