I just followed the instructions. That was on a Windows box. I'm setting up a Linux box as well but am having some issues compiling from the source.
Are you sure that you started the daemon with the command
forknoted --config-file configs\loteria.conf
?
To me it seems that you mine in the Dashcoin chain, which is working.
