Why do not you buy your coins in there https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Exchange?market=CNO_BTC ? The whole seems like a scam. 
Low volume. To immediately buy even a relatively small amount, say 100k COINO, would push the average price up to 16 or 17 Satoshis.
But yeah, smt_red could always put in a buy order at 9 Satoshis, then sit back and wait... that assumes there's not a bot which will play chasey with him, and put in a buy order for 10
