Circle lets you do instant buys with debit cards at a $100 weekly limit. You can probably get it upgraded higher. I'm not sure.
I also would like to suggest XAPO Debit Card, which has no limit when you upgrade. Mine will arrive in a few days, PM me if you would like to have some feedbacks.
