Whether you did or didn't is irrelevant. BTC-e has no authority to make this sort of determination on any basis, moral or legal. Particularly because they are in violation of so many KYC/AML/BSA policies themselves.

A word of caution to anybody still using BTC-e: You are fools. This exchange will be down and your coins will be lost inside of 2 years. Move them while you still can.
