It has been over a week since I sent my request into primedice support and I still haven't had any reply. I heard some folks had to wait two weeks so maybe I'll get a reply. Still though... sort of a sad panda right now 
If they don't reply within 2 days then I recommend you to send them an email again. They usually do reply emails within 48hours, but in some cases they consume too much time.Mine usually go through within 24 hours. I think it depends on the importance of the issue that creates a variance in response time.
