Hi. I need a simple Bitcoin cash-in/cash-out PHP/Javascript script for a website.
Should work just like satoshidice.com

1, Each new visitor is presented with a Bitcoin address to send/deposit Bitcoins to.
2, Once sent, the amount is added to the user's balance on the website automatically (after some short confirmation time).
3, When the cash-out option is used, the user types the amount to cash-out and enters an address to receive the bitcoin.

I can provide the HTML & CSS if needed. Code must be clean and simple.

Offering 0.2 bitcoin for the script (+ a tip if work is really good).
