Yes 100% sure. I posted the proof and his only response to it was that I came up with false information. Even know the data was pasted directly from the software logs.
I even tried PM'ing him prior to posting it publicly in the thread and he ignored the PM.
When did you realize that he has multiple accounts?
I see something funny in this case
few days ago moondbind asked you to ban username "kevin235r" because he think that this username is a bot and killing freerolls , but now moonbind is banned because he get caught that he has multiple account to abuse the freerolls. LOL If it is true that moonbind has multiple accounts, you reserve the right to ban him. You have warned him before, but he ignored it. So, you did what you have to do very well.
