If he denied a 0.3 loan he wont approve a 2.0 loan. You'd have a better chance going down rather than up. That being said, your still way to new to the forums with nothing under your belt to show for it so unless you have collateral to put up no one will give you a loan.
You'd get the same denial from a real bank looking for a FIAT loan if you went in looking to borrow and had no collateral / credit history to back you.
What kind of Collateral is needed, i am willing to do that but hey bro bank wont deny me loan with my transaction but am not really going for the huge amount that will take me to bank.
