Did they solve your withdrawal ?   I see they still have problems with deposits and withdrawals..
It seems they lost control over my msc deposit address since they stopped moving funds from the deposit address to the hot wallet..  Roll Eyes

Sold ARCH (a few days ago) and make (successfull) BTC withdrawal. So in some way they are operating for sure.
