I wouldn't agree with that 100%. The United States remains as the only country, which has used nuclear weapons against the civilian population in the past. And I have a feeling that, the United States will use it again, in the future. Most of the people here would say that the main threat of a future nuclear strike comes from the DPRK or Iran. I disagree. The highest possibility of anyone using the nukes, is coming from the United States.
