Fixed some syncing bugs, but most importantly we have altered the emission schedule to reduce the Stake reward from 4000 per block after Hi-PoS to 50.

This is to mitigate the long term effect of hyperinflation where before, over 5 million new coins will come into existence PER DAY.

Please update your clients and for anyone running nodes, please update your daemon as from block 8201 only clients on version 1.1.2.0 will be able to connect.
