Copied posts should not be welcomed here , one or two is a different thing but he seems to have made a habbit out of it.
IF you look at his posts , we can see he is not quite good at English but get's really good when he copies it.

Banning him for a week or two may be a good warning. But it's not only him copying posts in this forum. Others do it in politics and society regularly. Maybe in other parts of the forum too. And with paid signatures. Only difference I can see is they link to where they copy things and don't try to hide it. But many times don't participate in discussion or add anything of their own. I don't think it is as bad as this case, but it's also spam isn't it?
