Just checked and you do have a raked hand, and your permission to play has been added to your player account.  You should be able to join.

I encourage you and others to play more ring if you can.  Soon the freerolls that players can join will be based on how much they play.  The more you play the bigger the freeroll you can enter.
We believe in rewarding real players.  So far we've seen little upside to unrestricted freerolls most of the players don't use them to "check us out", but rather as away to collect bitcoins and cash out.  Not to mention the multi-account issue discussed above.
