Al lot has changed since we first planned and started to design LendCoin. The goals have not changed, but the strategy has for several reasons.

More customers than expected are now staking XPY.
XPY Price has drastically gone down.
BTCLend has proven that collateral based loans get funded 100% of the time.
BTCLend`s goal is to solidify crypto currency collateral lending and to have our customers Altcoins and other digital assets to be used as collateral. Having said this, XPY is now our strongest used collateral, although we do wish for XPY to be successful, at this time it is not a strong enough coin for us to use as our main collateral option. This is where LendCoin comes in.

What’s in it for you our loyal customers?

All current XPY Staking customers at the time of this announcement, will receive a 15% LNC bonus. This means that upon LendCoin launch your LNC tile will have a 15% of your XPY staking value deposited to your LNC staking wallet. All new staking deposits will NOT receive this bonus.
All current XPY Staking customers will be able to buy LendCoin utilizing their Staking XPY at a 200% value.
Currently your XPY allows you to lend up to 50% of collateral. With LNC you will be able to lend up to 75%. This means that if you buy using your XPY at a 200% value and you can borrow now at 75% instead of 50% and your borrowing power has increased considerably.
Staking?

LendCoin will stake at 15% at BTCLend and at 5% in your QT wallets.
There will be no mining of LNC. LNC man purpose is to be used as collateral not to be traded although you will be able to trade at BTCLend and eventually in other places.
Staking wallets will only unlock 100 LNC per day after staking period ends to avoid any LNC dumping.

LendCoin will be sold at BTCLend at $2.00 (in BTC Value) You will be able to pay with XPY or BTC. remember your staking XPY will be honored at 200% value.

As of now, BTCLend will not accept additional Staking on its wallets to ensure that 200% XPY value for purchases its only for our current staking customers.
