Agreed with you these fake bets with hundred of coins these kind of scary bets worry sign about big investors once they see profit dropped suddenly by these fake bets
Dont jump into conclusion yet as this is none fake bets I would say. Basically it is pointless for Dean to fake a bets as it will only scare a potential investor. Also that you should know that Dean profitted himself from the investor as well so no point for him to fake such large bet. Even if he decided to "steal" from the investor , it will be much better for him to do it a smaller wager

Just because you never saw such huge bets, it doesnt mean that it is a fake bets. Considering mech is an old time gambler then 1k BTC is really a small amount for him
