I was about to deal with this guy, but I'll wait until this issue is resolved first.

stop lowering it based on price because if you wanna go that Route, then pay me 115 back! 

yesterday he agreed to .374 now is changing it to .366,  I honestly want 95 back,  I don't think you should make money on the service since it wasn't even honored.  The more days you keep pending my payment, the more I'm going to charge you to pay me back in full.

EDIT, So now he invited me in private chat and ended it with after I didnt agree with him lowering the payment on me


I wont lose money and send u the bitcoins.I will later try pick back WU and send you again.This case is not 100% my fault,if you want me lose money doing this then bye.I shouldnt pick back since the very begining I told you I wont pick back later after i sent.

Have you ever heard the expression "the customer is always right"?

In this case, it is not your customer's fault that he is unable to pick up the Western Union funds, and your agreement was for him to receive a certain amount of Western Union funds upon sending you a certain amount of bitcoin. I think it is generally accepted that he sent you the bitcoin, however he has not received any Western Union funds despite following all of your terms and conditions.

It is your fault if you are not taking the proper precautions to ensure that your customers are able to receive money when you send it to them via the payment channels that you offer. If you are going to fail to take these precautions, then it is on you to cover any losses that result in this lapse of precautions.
