First, congratulations on taking the top spot for most profit. Secondly, I totally agree with you, we should have the max payout listed for players. Right now we are allowed a max payout of 1.5% (per MoneyPot's investment bankroll) per single bet. So that would mean you can win 219411048.21 (satoshis)BTC or to simplify: 2.19 BTC per bet. So to answer your question, it is based on max payout not max bet. We are currently working on several things right now but I wanted you to know because of your post I added this idea to our enhancement tracker list to show on site what the max bet payout is. It may be a bit before it is implemented but I agree completely it's a great idea. Max payout will change as more people invest in MoneyPot.com's bankroll or Ryan decides to add more as needed.

We would love to allow for at least a max payout of 5 BTC in the near future for players. The limit per app is based on RHavar's discretion for us he agreed to 1.5% but this is something that could go up or down as our site matures.

Regarding multiple accounts and using our built-in bot, there is no policy against this since you are genuinely betting just using multiple accounts so there is no issue doing this it is completely up to the player.
