have you found any way to distribute the coins?
could you contact to the HZ devs?
maybe manually daily distributing the coins between the node owners is the best way for now
in this way people will see more activity from you and will know that you have concern about your coin and will run more nodes
it's hard but it seems this is the only way for distribution right now
and of course you can have some help by the forum trusted people and others who are interested
just a suggestion
