Actually, the link that SerialLain included isn't the correct kind - you're looking for Novec 7000 series.  The big difference is the boiling point of the liquid - the eBay one boils at 165c, so useless for cooling, the Antminer would have burned out well before encountering this.  Novec boils at 34c (93f!), which really is amazing... Of course, this means your ambient environment needs to be far less than 93f, I believe they recommend in the 70f's.  And don't forget this still requires a radiator inside of the Novec chamber typically with water moving through it, acting as a cooling mechanism to cause condensation.  If you're seriously considering something like this, they made a really good video on how to actually do it here:
