Oh well. I sent him the 0.055BTC and did get nothing more than a pm stating that "iam not a scammer".
I wait a bit longer for an explaination but i really hope there dont exist a bitcoiner that really creates a scam for this amount of money.

Someone like that would be really hilarious.If you have been in the forums for a long time, you would also see scammers to scam users for a dollar even a cent.. I guess peanuts is already big money for them..
