Oh well. I sent him the 0.055BTC and did get nothing more than a pm stating that "iam not a scammer".
I wait a bit longer for an explaination but i really hope there dont exist a bitcoiner that really creates a scam for this amount of money.

Never go first with less than the other part account is worth, the odds of being scammed always will be very high.
