As I did not see it here, and because it is custom algo, it has exchange, block explorer and github source and is NOT coingen plus I had some time I gave it a shot, modified a CPU and CC Miner for it, put up a second pool for it (thanks ahmed for the first one !) and crossposted the ANN here. No idea about the coins future at all - don't blame me if you mine hot air !

CPU Only algorithm, nothing as out of the ordinary as Skidoo--recognized and valid for all transactions and all factions including the LDD, JAMs, ELF, and ETC.
