Hi @anderson00673, basically you do your research and find POS coins with good reward (+some other specs stuff), trustworthy devs/good community and +-stable price, then you put more of them together, structure staking wallets and offer the service to other people. The other people then put coins on the table and admin exchange the deposits into POS coins and begin staking.
