Actually Fuckhead all it takes to sue someone for slander is saying something that you can't prove.

Using your own logic, If I were to state that scrypt.cc were mining and I could not prove it, that would be slander?

Did you actually bother looking up the definitions of Slander and Libel?

Here:

Quote
Libel vs. slander
Libel is the use of false, defamatory claims about someone in written or printed form. Slander likewise denotes false statements that damage a person’s reputation, but it is committed orally or in any other transient form. Both words have complex legal definitions and connotations, which we won’t explore here. Legal complications aside, all you need to remember is that libel is written and slander is spoken. Slander is also often used informally as a synonym of defamation. Both words function as both nouns and verbs.

Given that at no point has anyone heard cryptodevil say anything, he couldn't possibly have slandered anyone.

FTFY

It is not possible for Cryptodevil to have slandered/libeled  Scrypt.cc.  Not by UK law anyways.  Nor can anyone slander/libel a group as a whole, or a dead person.

Cryptodevil and ThePhwner have, (in my legal opinion), however, libeled several individuals on here with their childish behaviour in name calling because people don't agree with their views.
The website could also be liable for allowing these libelious and malicious remarks to be published.

A major social media site was recently ordered to pay £200K damages at the high court in Belfast for exactly what's happening here
