you mean get banned for participating in signature campaign or using faucets? well yeah campaigns can get you banned fast
I think he means signature campaigns. If you do a signature campaign and post small/no content posts it leads in most cases to a bad.
It is to prevent someone from just going around doing one liners to boost their post count.
