I believe there may be an issue with the block explorer, they had some issues getting this right before, or perhaps something happened on C-Cex when the coins were traded , maybe they were not moved from the address when traded and no one withdrew POLY yet? I can't confirm, ask Cryptobe explorer to weigh in on this
