True. I don't think there is any MLM dynamics at play here especially due to the glaring absence of downlines which is a central feature of MLM schemes.
Maybe not in the traditional sense, but still, you're talking about the people at the top selling site owners on selling neucoin to their people...
with the promise that "we can get even more people sold" on it.
